Through our experience in extruder compounding process and pulverisation, we are able to develop customised materials that meet the requirements of our customers in the polymer and rotational moulding industry. Our experienced team specialises in polymer compounding, custom grinding, rotomoulding, and colour-matching, striving to deliver products that are required by our customers.
Our head office is located in Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor, Malaysia, and we operate through our subsidiaries in, among others, Malaysia, India and the Philippines with a team of over 90 employees. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, logistics support, and ongoing sales assistance, reflecting our unwavering dedication to helping our clients succeed.
We have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing of polymer powder
Polymer Link was founded by seasoned professionals with over a decade of experience in polymer compounding and rotational moulding. We take pride in working closely with our customers and suppliers to create customised materials that meet their specific requirements.
Our manufacturing facility, Polymer Link Sdn Bhd, was set up in Port Klang, Malaysia. In April 2017, we further expanded our regional presence by setting up a new manufacturing facility in the Philippines.
At Polymer Link Sdn Bhd, we carry out research and development activities supported by in-house testing equipment. Our laboratory is equipped with a Ferry Industries moulding machine with CNC-machined moulds, which enables us to develop new compounded plastic powder formulations that meet the specific performance requirements of both existing and prospective customers.
Innovative colour masterbatch and additives
Polymer Link Holdings Berhad began manufacturing masterbatch, through its subsidiary, Polymer Link Color & Additives Sdn Bhd, with a strong focus on colour masterbatch and additives solutions. We operate across multiple regions with modern manufacturing facilities, supported by personnel with relevant industry experience.
We offer technical guidance, in-house testing capabilities, and regulatory support to assist customers in addressing compliance requirements efficiently and with reduced operational risk.
Our solutions are supported by modern technologies and experience in polymer compounding, custom grinding, rotomoulding, and colour matching. These capabilities allow us to develop materials that customise product performance and improve aesthetic quality to meet our customers’ requirements.
