Polymerlink has expanded its polymer compounding capacity by approximately 30% with the commissioning of a new 63mm high-RPM twin-screw extrusion line.
Designed for greater processing flexibility, the new line combines high-RPM operation with multi-feed capability to accommodate a wider range of materials, formulations and production requirements.
This enables Polymerlink to work across engineering polymers, colour masterbatch, filled composites and functional additives, while providing greater flexibility to develop custom formulations for different customer and application needs.
30% Increase in Production Capacity for Masterbatch and Polymer Compounds
