Yes, you can make your report without revealing your identity unless there are legal restrictions. However, we recommend against submitting anonymous reports because they can make it difficult for us to follow up and gather more details for investigations. If you decide to remain anonymous, please understand that we won’t be able to safeguard you from any unfavourable consequences within the Company or Polymer Link. Also, bear in mind that the investigation into the reported matter will be based solely on the information you provide in the form.
